hey im new here and im just wondering if regular people can sign up for the beta and if so then when does it start?

No official word has been said about the GW2 beta, and everyone will be able to sign up for the GW2 OB. Closed.

Expect to see a sticky here if details about the GW2 OB have been brought out.
